Recently we have held two training sessions at our Head Office at Murarrie about water damage restoration services. We discussed the equipment that is used in the restoration process and how it works and we also helped to understand the processes behind it. Many insurance assessors from various insurance companies and building companies attended the training session.

All Aces Services prides itself on providing quality service, so by networking with different insurance companies and assessors, building companies and other restoration firms, we are working with them. By educating with a training course that is informative and useful within their field, it will benefit them and their role, allowing them, in turn, to provide a quality service to their customers for their company.
Our aim is to restore to pre-damaged condition in the most timely and cost effective manner. By showing and educating others on the latest and greatest machinery that is available on the market today, such as the Injecti dry system for wood floor drying, or hydroxyl machine for odour removal within a property, we are increasing the standard and broadening their knowledge on how to restore different items using a vast array of specialised equipment.
Two of our staff members also attended the training session, one from the office and one of our technicians. They networked with various representatives of the insurance companies. They found this extremely beneficial, by getting an insight as to the expectations that is required of us. By understanding what each party requires of each other, this is assisting with us both reaching our goals of proving a better service to our consumers.
If you are a building company or perhaps an insurance assessor and might be interested in attending a future restoration training session, please contact All Aces Services to find out what sessions we will be running in the near future.
